Shipping and Returns
FREE SHIPPING on ALL Orders (in the lower 48 states)
Orders are processed within 1-2 days of purchase. Manufactures will pack and ship your bike securely using a standard carrier. Your item(s) will arrive to your adress within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. If your item(s) is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We Ship using the following carriers, and do not deliver to PO Boxes
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive.
PLEASE NOTE: If the item is damaged, you can sign for it as Damaged and we can then file a claim with Fedex/UPS right away and have the item replaced. However, if there is damage and you sign for it as Not Damaged, then we will need for you to send information and photos on the damage so that we can work to file a claim with Fedex/UPS. You can send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
eBike Catalog does not pay or reimburse any labor costs undertaken by the customer under any circumstances.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can arrange a return authorization within 14 days of the purchase of your product. The product must be returned in new, resell-able condition in the original boxes for a refund or exchange. Tracking number must be provided when returning a product. For X-treme brand bikes, if a bike has been ridden, it is not eligible for return.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.
*Please note that each manufacturer's return policies may vary and we ultimately adhere to each manufacturer's return policy (they override ours). It is important to contact us for further clarification first.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
Order Has Been Shipped: Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise stated.
Buyer's Remorse Return or Refusing A Shipment When It Arrives: Buyer is responsible for delivery and return shipping charges and 15% restocking fee, unless the shipment comes visibly damaged. For X-treme brand bikes, if a bike has been ridden, it is not eligible for return.
Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or Paypal account that you used when placing your order.
